FUSED ALUMINA ZIRCONIA (AZ)


Fused Alumina Zirconia is an electro-fused alumina zirconia grain, produced by fusing alumina and zirconia raw materials in an electric arc furnace. The molten product is cooled down rapidly on special cooling aggregates so as to get a microcrystalline and homogeneous crystal structure. 

Suntek Fused Alumina Zirconia enjoys extremely wear-resistant and anti-friable characters. It is mainly used to make resin bonded, foundry-type grinding wheels, heavy duty Coated abrasives, and for pressure blasting.
